- Many programs share AVI Video Codec on Windows.
- Therefore, if Codec is not to list, user installs the Codec directly to Windows.

- Recommend Codec
- Recommended Codec is selected automatically. (DivX, XviD, MPEG4 V2 V3, ...)
- Currently, we recommend DivX, XviD Codec. If CPU is multi core, we recommend DivX 6.2 or later.

- Codec Properties
- Select details options for selected Codec.
- File size and quality become different according to details options.
- Most CODECs have Bitrate and Key-frame Interval options.
- If Bitrate is high, the quality is improved, but the file size may be large. If Bitrate is low, the file size is small, but the quality may become low.

- If you choose 'Fastest', you can heighten fps.
- If you choose 'Quality', you can improve quality.
- This option is applied when Video Codec is DivX or XviD only.

- Apply OpenDML AVI Extensions
- AVI file size can exceed the limitation size.
- Most newest Movie editors support well OpenDML AVI Extensions.
